The BUMA Group is a leader on the Kraków market in the area of office investments. One of the most interesting projects of the BUMA Group are the office complexes DOT Office and Wadowicka 3, certified in the BREEAM system at the Excellent level.

Project Description

The DOT Office complex, located at Czerwone Maki and Podole Streets in Krakow, is an environment-friendly investment, and the proximity of the surrounding green areas provides employees with a pleasant view from the windows. Green roofs are also used on the buildings, which in total results in a large percentage of biologically effective area in the complex, while the multitude of plant species, lawns with legumes and insect stalls ensures biodiversity on the site. Users of the complex can relax in the green surroundings thanks to the developed rest areas and use local amenities such as shops, hairdresser's and beauty salon, catering and gym.

At the moment, seven modern buildings marked with letters from A to G are in use. Further L1, L2 and M buildings are in the process of design and realization. The buildings perfectly fit into the context of the existing architecture, and the total area of office and service space for rent in the existing buildings exceeds 63,000 m2. The author of the architectural design is the renowned Medusa Group studio.
