The complex is an investment of White Star Real Estate, designed by architects from APA Wojciechowski studio. Elektrownia Powiśle consists of 6 buildings, 5 of which are under BREEAM certification: 3 new office buildings, 1 new residentail building and 1 revitalized retail building (the historic structure of the former power station). All buildings are certified with a full internal finish (Fully Fitted scope). Office buildings and retail building have already received BREEAM Interim certificates at Very Good level. The process of interim certification of the residential building and final certification of the other buildings is still in progress.
The advantage of Elektrownia Powiśle is its location in the centre of Warsaw, between Tamka, Elektryczna, Leszczyńska and Wybrzeże Kościuszkowskie streets, directly at the Copernicus Science Centre underground station. Another important feature is the multifunctionality and access to the facilities in the complex, making it a pleasant place to work and relax. Various solutions have been applied in office and retail spaces while taking into account the good of the environment.
