Praga Koneser Center

Praga Koneser Center is a complex in the former Warsaw Vodka Factory "Koneser" in the district Praga in Warsaw. The revitalized post-industrial development consists of office and service areas with residential buildings and cultural institutions in Warsaw.

Role: Coordination of the certification process as BREEAM assessor, preperation of specialized analyzes (e.g. Indoor Air Quality plan, LCA)

The space of the Praga Koneser Center has been divided in terms of BREEAM certification for office and retail areas. The complex has obtained the Interim certificate at the Excellent level with a result of 75.9% for office space and 70.4% for retail.

The heart of the complex is Koneser Square - a place that is vibrant, integrates residents and office workers. Facades of the buildings have been restored, with new greenery and elements of small architecture, creating a friendly urban and business space in line with principles of sustainable construction. The historical brick was left, Polish Vodka Museum was opened, which was also an indispensable element of this area. In the office space, as well as in the retail area, tenants' comfort was ensured with the available parking spaces in the underground and extensive bicycle infrastructure. Praga Koneser Center provides an excellent location near all possible communication nodes.
