Project description

The complex is a development of Echo Investment, designed by architects from the JEMS Architekci studio. The Warsaw Brewery investment consists of four office buildings certified in the BREEAM Fully Fitted system (G, H, J, K), both historical buildings and modern residential facilities.

The buildings obtained the Excellent level at the BREEAM Interim stage. The certification process of the complex is still in progress. The advantages of the Warsaw Breweries are not only the location in the center of the capital, but also the availability of facilities for cyclists and the promotion of alternative types of transport. Energy-saving and ecological solutions were used in office spaces, also taking the comfort of tenants into consideration. Certainly, sustainable solutions on such a large area are an interesting point on the map of Warsaw.
