The investment, located near the Daszyński roundabout, consists of three towers connected together by a common service part. Project description

The construction started by the Belgian company Ghelamco, designed by the architectural studio of Andrzej M. Chołdzyński, took place in the first quarter of 2016. The project will combine the business zone with the public space in the form of urban passages - there will be cafes, restaurants and service outlets. In addition to the perfect connection to urban communication, transport solutions have been implemented in the building - places for charging electric cars, infrastructure for bicycles - racks, cabinets and showers.

It is planned to use the smartphone application integrated with the building - for example, it will allow access to the building.
In this project, Sweco is responsible for coordinating the certification process and acts as the BREEAM assessor. Using advanced software, Sweco specialists made a model of the building and performed LCC analyzes, daylight analysis, heat comfort analysis, energy efficiency analysis and flood risk analysis. Each investment function - office, hotel and retail is assessed separately and will receive a separate certificate.
