One of the largest, if not a largest investment of the Slovakian developer in Poland - Varso Place - it`s a three building complex with a total area of about 210 000 m2. This investment will be both the centre of modern bussiness and a meeting spot for the local community and tourists.

Most recognizable investment in Poland is located on 1,72 hectare plot in close range to main railway station in Warsaw. The procjet involves the construction of three buildings - Varso I, Varso II and one of the tallest building in Europe - Varso Tower - measuring 310 m (with a spire). Each of the buildings is certified separately in the BREEAM New Construction 2013 scheme, and designed by Forster + Partners - skyscraper already obtained Interim certificate at the Outstanding level wit the result of 87,5%.
Achieving such a high result is related to the application of number of pro-ecological technologies and a focus on meeting BREEAM requirements by the entire project team. The most interesting solutions implemented include: direct connection with Central Railway Station, 750+ bicycle racks, electric charging stations, increased avaibility to sunlight, individual temperature controlers in offices, noise suppresion and constant air quality verification. Low energy and low water consumption equipment was used, as well as water leak detection system. Watering for greenery inside and outside of building will be provided from rainwater tank.
The Varso Tower, being a part of Varso Place, was appreciated during this year`s BREEAM Awards, not only appearing on the short list among the 5 nominated buildings in the BREEAM Regional Award category - Central and Eastern Europe (https://www.breeam.com/awards/shortlists/), but also acquiring a name of "HIGHLY COMMENED".
