Project Description

WADOWICKA 3 is an office complex under construction in Podgórze district in Krakow. The investment includes three seven-storey buildings with a total area of 31,000 sqm. The advantage of the investment is a very good location: the proximity of Rondo Matecznego, one of the main transport hubs in the city and a short distance to bus and bike stops.

It is worth noting that the new buildings were built on a previously developed area, and through the implementation of ecological solutions for rich greenery, insect stalls and drip irrigation, the building confirms its green identity. The buildings are also characterized by an interesting façade shape. Geometric form of the façade became an inspiration to create a coherent graphic identification, used in the interiors of buildings. The project is the work of Medusa Group architectural studio.
