The Design Center currently collaborates with three countries: Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
Job description
Bridge Engineer (Modeler)
Location: all of Poland
What type of projects do you work with:
Projects with a variety of size, both larger and smaller – mainly bridge and other civil engineering structures such as tunnels or ports. Often with the Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket) as end user/client but also other public clients (such as municipalities) and contractors.
Responsibilities:
- Creating detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for bridge construction and maintenance projects;
- Performing review of own and others work (drawings/models);
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations;
- Implement quality control measures to detect and correct drafting errors;
- Ability to assess and estimate the scope of work.
Our requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
- Working on creating reinforcement drawings on bridge projects. We have a variety of positions available based on the candidate’s expertise, ranging from 5 years to over 10 years of relevant experience;
- Software: proficient in AutoCAD, Tekla knowledge;
- Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken);
- Understanding and experience working with reinforced concrete bridges;
- Good to have: experience with parametric design, Revit.
