It specializes in providing expert services in planning, engineering, architecture, and design across diverse sectors, including infrastructure, transportation, urban planning, construction, energy, manufacturing, and IT systems. The Design Center currently collaborates with three countries: Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

Job description

Building Services Engineer – HVAC & Sanitation

Location: all of Poland

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D designs for HVAC and sanitation systems, including plumbing, sewage and domestic water;
• Perform intermediate-level engineering calculations to support your design work;
• Create accurate and detailed 2D and 3D HVAC system models using Revit or similar BIM tools;
• Conduct design verifications, peer reviews and system checks for accuracy;
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, client requirements, and BIM execution plans.

Our requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related field;
• Experience in the design of HVAC and sanitation systems for buildings. We have a variety of positions available based on the candidate’s expertise, ranging from 5 years to over 10 years of relevant experience;
• Proficiency in modeling and calculation with the ability to work independently;
• Understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems, with the ability to perform essential technical calculations;
• Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
