Junior Document Controller

The Sweco Design Center Poland operates as an internal design center within the Sweco Group. It specializes in providing expert services in planning, engineering, architecture, and design across diverse sectors, including infrastructure, transportation, urban planning, construction, energy, manufacturing, and IT systems. The Design Center currently collaborates with three countries: Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
Junior Document Controller

Responsibilities:
- Follow the document management plan and support the project team in using established procedures;
- Prepare, upload, and organize documents and drawings according to project standards;
- Use and maintain approved text and CAD templates;
- Assist in checking document and drawing deliveries for accuracy and completeness;
- Manage and update user permissions in client systems as instructed;
- Monitor basic compliance with document requirements (naming, format, structure).
Our requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field;
- Minimum of 1+ year of experience in administrative work within a consultancy environment;
- Understanding of project management principles, including timelines and budgets;
- Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD or similar tools is an asset;
- Strong interest in document management and IT systems;
- Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
