Job description
Junior Project Manager (Civil Engineering)
Location: all of Poland
Responsibilities:
- Working on infrastructure projects (railway and road) that involve a large design team;
- Support project managers in project financial matters, risk management, time planning, resource management, and reporting;
- Communicate with the management team, client, and design team in order to help and support;
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, performance reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed;
- Create a structure for and optimize how we manage projects in relation to the collection of information/documentation.
Our requirements:
- Experience in project planner or project manager support role in a railway projects. We are open to all experience levels, ranging from 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position;
- Practical knowledge of software: ProjectWise, MS project, and/or Primavera;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadline;
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken);
- Good to have: familiar with Autocad/Microstation/Navisworks software.
