Project Planner / Scheduling Specialist (Primavera)

Location: all of Poland

Responsibilities:
  • Working closely together with the team located in the Copenhagen office;
  • Collaborate with project managers to gather project requirements, milestones, and deliverables;
  • Lead on-time schedules, responsible for reporting progress and enlightening risks for delays and critical paths in the project;
  • Create detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and critical path analyses to ensure timely project completion;
  • Highlighting Critical Paths, Risks; identifying essential activities and schedule variances, and preparing mitigation plans;
  • General development of planning tools in the department.
Our requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project;
  • Project planning and project scheduling skills;
  • Experience on renovation projects in the EU;
  • Ability to interview leads and draft a project schedule, which will subsequently be finalized in collaboration with the project team;
  • Good communication in English (written and spoken);
  • Nice to have: knowledge of planning theory (ie. AON, PERT, GANNT, Network Technique, CPM), risk management, document control, and TIC calculation.
