Job description

Wastewater Engineer

Location: all of Poland

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and optimize water and wastewater treatment processes;
• Preparing project drawings, P&ID and BIM models, understanding, interpreting, and implementing local client CAD standards and BIM data requirements;
• Collaborating with engineers, consultants and technicians from multiple disciplines;
• Plan water and wastewater plants in multidisciplinary projects;
• Analyze large data sets to improve the performance and operational efficiency of plants;
• Perform detailed calculations in process design, capacity and treatment efficiency;
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards;
• Prepare technical documentation, reports and performance evaluations;
• Close cooperation with the team on projects for the Norwegian market.

Our requirements:

• Master’s degree in Engineering or related fields;
• 8+ years of qualifying engineering experience in the engineering / design field;
• 5+ years of experience as a consultant in the design of water or wastewater treatment plants;
• Good skills in Autocad, Plant3D, BIM- software;
• Knowledge of relevant water standards and specifications, knowledge within the process technology;
• Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken);
• Good to have: experience in design and expertise in biological treatment processes for the removal of BOD and nitrogen.
