The Sweco Design Center Poland operates as an internal design center within the Sweco Group. It specializes in providing expert services in planning, engineering, architecture, and design across diverse sectors, including infrastructure, transportation, urban planning, construction, energy, manufacturing, and IT systems. The Design Center currently collaborates with three countries: Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing general arrangement drawings, 3D models, and detailed drawings of civil structures throughout all stages of the project;
  • Working collaboratively on digital initiatives related to parametric design, task automation, and digital twin technologies;
  • Interpreting design and engineering solutions based on sketches and outline/concept drawings;
  • Leading the development and implementation of BIM processes for construction projects;
  • Identifying opportunities to improve BIM workflows and increase efficiency, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement these improvements.

What type of project will you work with:
Both new construction and renovation projects within residential buildings, schools, daycare institutions, sports and cultural facilities, commercial buildings, and office buildings. Civil structures – concrete, steel, and timber construction.

Our requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in BIM drafting or modelling within the engineering or construction industry;
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit;
  • Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken);
  • Good to have: familiarity with parametric design, task automation, or digital twin technologies.
