Who is the administrator of your personal data?
The administrator of personal data collected during the recruitment process is Sweco Design Center Poland sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań (60-829) at ul. Franklin Roosevelta 22, KRS 0001008485, NIP 7812044853, REGON 523934999. We use the eRecruiter recruitment platform (https://erecruiter.pl) to conduct the recruitment process, where data is secured in accordance with the principles of the GDPR, and access is granted only to authorized persons.
On what legal basis do we collect your personal data? 
The personal data provided during recruitment will be processed based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and in accordance with its provisions.
Do you have access to your personal data submitted during the recruitment process?
You have the right to access the content of your data and to rectify, delete, restrict processing, object, and transfer your data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal. Personal data will be processed based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and in accordance with its provisions.
How long will your recruitment documents be stored?
Your personal data will be stored for 36 months from the date of submission of application documents. If you give your consent to participate in future recruitments, your data will also be stored for 36 months from the date of submission of application documents.
Will your personal data be transferred to third countries or international organizations? 
No

For what purpose will your data be processed? 
Your personal data will be processed for the needs of current and future recruitments. If you do not give your consent to participate in future recruitments, please include this information in your application document.
Do you have the right to withdraw your consent? 
In the case of personal data processed based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time (“right to be forgotten”) within the limits of applicable law.
Do you have the right to lodge a complaint?
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) or another state authority established in its place under the GDPR or other applicable laws in force in the territory of the Republic of Poland if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
Are your personal data subject to profiling? 
Personal data will be processed in the Sweco IT system, but they will not be subject to profiling.
