Job description
Bridge Engineer
Location: all of Poland
Responsibilities:
- Structural design of new bridges: reinforced concrete bridges, post-tensioned concrete bridges, precast concrete bridges;
- Demonstrate knowledge in FEM programs for complex structural analysis and simulation;
- Detailed design calculation and FE-modelling of bridges and civil structures;
- Stay abreast of industry trends, codes, and regulations related to bridge engineering;
- Understanding of statically understanding of structures.
Our requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
- Experience in bridges design preferably covering both new structures and repair works. We have a variety of positions available based on the candidate’s expertise, ranging from 5 years to over 10 years of relevant experience;
- Practical knowledge of software: Robot Structural Analysis/SOFiSTiK/MathCAD/Midas;
- Skills within concrete technology and assessment of concrete and steel;
- Knowledge of European standards;
- Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
