The Sweco Design Center Poland operates as an internal design center within the Sweco Group. It specializes in providing expert services in planning, engineering, architecture, and design across diverse sectors, including infrastructure, transportation, urban planning, construction, energy, manufacturing, and IT systems. The Design Center currently collaborates with three countries: Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

BIM Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage 3D electrical models for building installations, using Autodesk Revit;
• Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans and project requirements;
• Collaborate with civil, mechanical, and other engineering teams to coordinate multidisciplinary designs;
• Prepare electrical layouts, schematics, cable tray routing, and related documentation;
• Support clash detection and resolution processes using Navisworks or similar tools;
• Maintain up-to-date models and contribute to BIM workflows, standards, and templates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or related field;
• 5+ years of experience on similar position, working with Revit and strong expertise in BIM modeling within the electrical building installations;
• Familiarity with BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and coordination processes;
• Understanding of the practical aspects of electrical design, demonstrating the ability to create buildable solutions;
• Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
