The Sweco Design Center Poland operates as an internal design center within the Sweco Group. It specializes in providing expert services in planning, engineering, architecture, and design across diverse sectors, including infrastructure, transportation, urban planning, construction, energy, manufacturing, and IT systems. The Design Center currently collaborates with three countries: Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

BIM Engineer (Buildings)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborative work with digital initiatives, parametric design, task automation, and digital twin development;
  • Design engineering solutions based on sketches and conceptual designs, outline drawings;
  • Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of BIM processes tailored to specific construction projects;
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in BIM workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solution;
  • Support continuous development of digital standards and best practices within the organization.

Our requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
  • Experience in BIM drafting / modelling in the engineering and construction industry.
  • We are open to all experience levels, ranging from 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Strong proficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit;
  • Expertise within generative design methodologies or optimization techniques is highly valued;
  • Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
