The Sweco Design Center Poland operates as an internal design center within the Sweco Group. It specializes in providing expert services in planning, engineering, architecture, and design across diverse sectors, including infrastructure, transportation, urban planning, construction, energy, manufacturing, and IT systems. The Design Center currently collaborates with three countries: Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

Responsibilities:

  • Be an integrated part of the Danish engineering team, actively participating in knowledge-sharing and internal meetings;
  • Plan and detailed design of drainage and wastewater systems and structures with a focus on precision and quality assurance;
  • Produce and review 3D drawings and models for drainage and wastewater-related components;
  • Develop drainage and stormwater management systems for infrastructure projects and urban development projects;
  • Ensure projects adhere to environmental laws, water management policies, and safety standards;
  • Integrate sustainable drainage solutions into broader planning and environmental frameworks.

Our requirements:

  • Master’s degree in engineering;
  • We have a variety of positions available based on the candidate’s expertise. We are open to all experience levels, ranging from 2 years to over 10 years of relevant experience;
  • Proficiency in especially MicroStation, but also AutoCAD, and/or Civil 3D software;
  • Experience in designing stormwater systems, culverts, and drainage infrastructure;
  • Ability to analyze complex drainage and sewer problems and develop innovative solutions that balance technical, environmental, and economic considerations;
  • Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to Danish technical standards and workflows;
  • Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Good to have: Familiarity with drainage and utilities software.
