Our requirements:

• Develop efficient and sustainable HVAC system designs for various types of projects, ensuring compliance with local codes, industry standards, and client requirements;
• Work closely with other disciplines (MEP, architectural, structural) to ensure model consistency;
• Prepare accurate and detailed 2D and 3D HVAC system models using BIM tools, parametric design;
• Create and manage detailed mechanical drawings, schedules, and documentation for HVAC systems;
• Conduct design verifications, peer reviews, and system checks for accuracy and compliance.

What type projects you work with:

Construction, Installations, Building design, Civil structures, Concrete, Steel, and Timber construction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop efficient and sustainable HVAC system designs for various types of buildings and projects, ensuring compliance with local codes, industry standards, and client requirements;
• Create accurate and detailed 2D and 3D HVAC system models using BIM tools;
• Conduct design verifications, peer reviews, and system checks for accuracy and compliance;
• Work closely with project engineers and other team members to ensure effective communication and problem-solving;
• Utilizing various software tools to address all technical disciplines, including HVAC, electrical installations, and structures.
