The Sweco Design Center Poland operates as an internal design center within the Sweco Group. It specializes in providing expert services in planning, engineering, architecture, and design across diverse sectors, including infrastructure, transportation, urban planning, construction, energy, manufacturing, and IT systems. The Design Center currently collaborates with three countries: Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
BIM Automation Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and quality assurance of BIM processes within infrastructure projects;
- Collaborate with project managers and design teams to ensure effective use of BIM in project delivery;
- Develop and maintain company-wide BIM procedures, templates, and standards;
- Perform quality control and coordination of digital models and data structures;
- Manage classification systems and facilitate data sharing across disciplines;
- Contribute to process optimization through the use of AI, Power BI, and API integrations;
- Ensure that digital deliverables meet client requirements and project specifications.
Our requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in BIM for infrastructure or building projects;
- Strong knowledge of CDE platforms, such as Bentley ProjectWise, Trimble Connect, Autodesk ACC, Dalux, or similar;
- Experience in parametric modelling (e.g. Grasshopper or Dynamo) and a solid understanding of information management principles;
- Ability to work independently while thriving in multidisciplinary collaboration;
- Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
