The Sweco Design Center Poland operates as an internal design center within the Sweco Group. It specializes in providing expert services in planning, engineering, architecture, and design across diverse sectors, including infrastructure, transportation, urban planning, construction, energy, manufacturing, and IT systems. The Design Center currently collaborates with three countries: Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the use of BIM methods in construction projects, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integration of digital models across all disciplines;
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to optimize construction processes and enhance collaboration through digital models;
• Update, review, and maintain digital building models and records of all changes;
• Perform regular quality checks on BIM data and models;
• Participate in and lead coordination meetings to discuss and resolve project issues;
• Ensure effective communication among project members and provide technical support related to BIM models and tools;
• Manage and implement software updates, new features, and provide training for team members using BIM technology.

Our requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in BIM methodologies and projects, with a technical background in construction processes and modeling;
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar programs;
• Experience in project management, including understanding of project timelines, budgets, and coordination between disciplines;
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken);
• Good to have: relevant BIM-related certifications
