It specializes in providing expert services in planning, engineering, architecture, and design across diverse sectors, including infrastructure, transportation, urban planning, construction, energy, manufacturing, and IT systems. The Design Center currently collaborates with three countries: Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

Job description

BIM Engineer

Location: all of Poland

Responsibilities:

  • Working on infrastructure projects throughout different phases of construction as roads, ports, marine structures, railways, tunnels, water treatment plants, and buildings;
  • Preparing general arrangement, 3D models and detail drawings of civil structures at all stages of the project;
  • Collaborative work with digital initiatives, parametric design, task automation, and digital twin;
  • Understanding the design and engineering solutions based on sketches and outline/concept drawings;
  • Leading the development and implementation of BIM processes specific to the construction;
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in BIM workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions.

Our requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
  • Experience in BIM drafting / modelling, preferably in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry. We are open to all experience levels, ranging from 2 years to over 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit or Tekla, Grasshopper (for Rhino), or Dynamo (for Revit);
  • Experience with generative design or optimization techniques;
  • Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
