Job description

Junior Recruitment Specialist

Location: Kraków

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment projects, including scheduling and organizing interviews, conducting screening, and in-depth interviews;
• Search for candidates using various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases) and help build a strong pipeline of talent;
• Coordinate communication between candidates, hiring managers, and the HR team to ensure a smooth and professional recruitment experience;
• Develop and optimize recruitment tools, methods, and processes to ensure efficiency, candidate engagement, and alignment with business needs and market trends;
• Providing ongoing support in HR activities.

Our requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role;
• Higher education (or in progress, part-time studies acceptable);
• Experience in engineering or technical recruitment;
• Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken);
• Familiarity with modern recruitment methods and sourcing strategies;
• Excellent organizational and attention to details will be a strong asset.
